Rick Carpenter has been serving buyers, sellers, and investors in the real estate industry since 2002, building a career founded on relationships, results, and long-term trust.

A lifelong resident of the Columbus and Phenix City area, Rick attended Auburn University and has dedicated his career to serving the community he proudly calls home.

From August 2018 through February 2026, Rick served as CEO and Team Leader of Keller Williams Realty River Cities, helping guide the company to become the number one real estate brokerage in both markets.

Today, Rick is fully focused on his personal real estate business and leading SRS Properties Group. In addition to helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate, he works closely with SRS Homebuilders, providing clients with access to new construction opportunities while continuing to serve the resale market.
